In this comparison video, we’re going to take a closer look at the Rolex Deepsea ref: 126660, the Rolex Sea-Dweller ref: 126600, and the Rolex Submariner ref: 116610 highlight their key similarities and differences. These professional dive watches may all look similar, but they each have their own distinct differences. Here’s how the three top Rolex diving models weigh-up against one another. The Rolex Submariner first launched in 1953 and was the world’s first wristwatch able to offer 100 meters of water resistance. Over the years, its design has evolved to now offer users a depth rating of 300 meters. Both the Sea-Dweller (launched in 1967) and the Rolex Deepsea (launched in 2008) pick up where the Submariner leaves off, and offer incredible water-resistant capabilities for professional scuba divers. However, there’s no doubt that the Deepsea wins first prize for the deepest diving Rolex watch, with its unbeatable 3,900-meter depth rating. Dial and case: The Rolex Deepsea ref. 126660 is the largest among these three watches and has a case diameter of 44mm. Like the other models in this comparison, the time is presented on a black dial with luminous hands and markers with a date window located at 3 o’clock (although the watch is also available with the D-Blue “James Cameron” dial). Additionally, like the other two watches, it features a solid Oystersteel case with a Triplock screw-down crown. Like the other watches, a black Cerachrom insert adorned with platinum-coated
