Matthew Gode - 'Can You Hear Me?' ‘Can You Hear Me?’ is a choreographic experiment exploring the relationship between dancers and musical instruments. Much like a band, the dancers mimic sounds with their bodies according to the instrument featured in the soundtrack. The combination of sharp, intricate choreography featuring the instruments and raw, human emotion allows the dancers to fully embody the sound, leaving the viewer watching a heavily layered and surreal moment of dance. As part of SHOWstudio's commitment to championing fashion film and the possibilities of showing clothing in movement, Nick Knight invites aspiring filmmakers from across the globe to submit their work to SHOWstudio, the home of fashion film.
