Did you know that 1 in 2 women are concerned about scalp discomfort, including dry, itching or sensitive scalp? Learn how to offer your clients an improved coloring experience with Wella Professionals Marula Oil Blend Scalp Primer: our best primer technology, purposefully designed to protect the scalp even under the most demanding color transformations such as scalp bleaches. Follow this step-by-step video where we will create a rich brunette whilst covering the grays and add some lightness to create definition. Step by step: Step 1: Apply the Marula Oil Blend Scalp Primer directly to the hair line, followed by horizontal sections through the scalp. Distribute the oil lightly using the thumb or first finger. TIP, Apply no more than 5ml to avoid over saturation and impact on the color performance. Do not rinse out. No need to dry into the hair, proceed with color application or on scalp lightening. Step 2: Highlight the hair. Use foils or freehand to highlight the hair using 30g Blondor and 45g 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Step 3: Color the hair and cover the greys using Koleston Perfect 30g 5/0 & 30g 5/77 and 60g 6% Welloxon Perfect. Develop for up to 40 minutes. Step4: Tone the hair using Koleston Perfect 20g 7/75, 10g 9/16 & 3g 0/64 and 66g 1.9% Welloxon Perfect. Appy to the lengths and ends to add shine and tone. Develop for up to 20 minutes. Products used: Marula Oil Blend Scalp Primer: https://www.wella.com/professional/en-EN/hair-color/marula-scalp-primer/marula-scalp-prim
