Step 2: Apply ILLUMINA COLOR in fine diagonal weaves in framing section. Continue with larger slices for the lowlights. Step 3: Apply Blondor Freelights in between foils through the top section. Apply further from the roots through the mid-lengths. Step 4: Leave the colour to sit for 30/40 minutes and then remove the foils. Step 5: Blend ILLUMINA COLOR as indicated. Leave the framing section as it is. Step 6: After drying the hair, style it by spraying EIMI Mistify Me Light on the large sections. Step 7: Use a large tong starting at the roots for volume. Pin the hair up to create loose waves.
