Check out this Melted Pecan Balayage tutorial by Wella Educator @nitinmanchanda21. This warm balayage creation blends beautifully with a dark hair base - it's utter perfection! Learn how to achieve seamless transitions and a rich tone with this step-by-step guide: Step 1: Highlight with BlondorPlex Starting at the nape of the neck, part hair in zig zag slices. Take a strand and tease towards the root. Secure the tease with a clip or comb and apply BlondorPlex 6% on the lengths and ends. Make sure to blend towards the top. Repeat on the sides, taking smaller zig zag strands, then create medium weave sections and add teasy lights throughout the top and bangs. Highlight closer to the roots here. Step 2: Care Once BlondorPlex has developed for up to 50 minutes, rinse and apply WellaPlex N°2 evenly on the hair. Leave for 10 minutes, then rinse and shampoo with ColorMotion+. Finish with Blondor Seal & Care. Step 3: Tone Start by applying Illumina Color 6/16 + 1.9% to the root shadow. Then alternate 7/7 + 1.9% and 8/69 + 1.9% on the lengths and ends. Let it develop for 20 minutes, then rinse it off. Subscribe to the Wella Professionals channel for the latest coloring trends, step-by-step hair guides, and tutorials.
